Clients may terminate projects at any time with written notice. Deposits and payments made for work completed are non-refundable. Clients will receive all completed work to the termination date.

Termination by webverse

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the website will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Philippines.
